Typical artisan orders range from 20-80 lbs depending on your needs.

How it works:
- Pay the $250 deposit to reserve your artisan cut
- Contact us with your custom cut list after ordering
- William takes the cow to butcher — we get the actual weight
- We invoice the balance at $13/lb for the final weight, minus your deposit
- Pay by bank transfer to keep every dollar in the hands of the farm.
